I have two older ferrets that I doubt will survive this winter and I'll miss them when they go. I completely trust these two The hob has outlived his litter brother by 2 years and the Jill a litter sister by 3 years and I find it's incredible that at 7 years old, long long past the typical lifespan of polecats in the wild, and despite their obvious tumours and associated thyroid swelling both those old ferrets are still keen to get out and do their thing very well .5 points

Efforts to convert an old parlour for milking goats were thwarted by a hardcore group of feral pigeons who refused to leave . The owner had tried chasing them out but they simply hid in the rafters. Time for the final solution . Climbing into the loft over the parlour put me on the same level as the pigeons. The little T200 was ideal in such cramped conditions. Even so it took a while to account for nine of the miscreants as they were aware of every nook and cranny . It didn't help that l was wearing a dust mask which made my glasses periodically steam up I was just mentall4 points

I would never personally sell off any of my ferreting locators, collars, longnets etc...taken me over 30 yrs to amass it all from a young boy, saved up for my first grey box...I have just recently sold off my Garmin, terrier runs, bellman and flint, collars, all the digging tools,t bars, grafters , terrier boxes...I found that hard tbh, been a massive part of my life, but things change, We move on in life, digging game is dead, but I can still get out and enjoy some ferreting,so will hang onto it all until I can no longer get out4 points

She may well be mate though in my honest opinion it's more than likely just a ploy to get reform voters to support her as I think she is another Con artist and the colour of her skin will deflect a lot of hatred towards her especially from the open borders refugees welcome here nutjobs who are quik to brand anyone racist if they speak up about illegal immigrants. I know she would gain more votes in a GE for the tories than the other drip who she beat to become leader.4 points

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-14035255/girl-mauled-death-xl-bully-tributes-paid.html another child’s empty bedroom because the people supposed to look after her thought they were too clever and sense didn’t apply to them it’s time that all these dogs were culled , no licence , no dispensations, jagged and gone . these parents should be charged with neglect and endangerment. no one has the brains they were born with these days . How many times is this going to happen ?4 points

Just the far left lunatics and immigrants and some who are so stupid like some up here who say “ me da and me granda voted Labour so I will aswell”…… Cheers.3 points

The farmers are getting screwed over I know they always plead poverty but the government seem hell bent on this country importing food instead of producing it ? the farmers should band together rent a shop or start going to the markets and selling their produce on a cash only basis and then stick their fingers up at the government .!!3 points

No one would buy it mate, food is so heavily subsidised that they couldn’t compete in the volume they need. All the government would have to do is terminate their subsidy and that would be the end of them. It all sounds a bit dystopian and conspiracy theory but the government really do own our food supply via making it cheap and taxing the f**k out of us so we can’t afford to pay the real price. Take a chicken, the real price of a chicken dead and ready to roast is about £12 to £18……what is in the store ? £6 ?2 points

You understand the importance of the big estates in the U.K. when you come to a place like I live. In the U.K. a small farm is about 600 acres, on that they may have a small shoot or border a bigger managed estate. In my part of ireland they got rid of most of the great houses after independence, burnt them down or left them to ruin. Estates were partitioned up into small “family” farms, a big farm here is 60-100 acres and that may be spread out over miles with lots of other peoples fields all interwoven chess board style in between. No shoots or managed estates because it2 points

nothing in politics surprises me anymore, saying tories are finished is way too premature, 5 years ago Labour were finished, the biggest defeat in history, the corbyn fiasco, Labour would never be in power again, I believed it, 5 years later in power with a big majority, personally I wouldn't vote for either of them1 point
