Just got back from the doctor's after having blood tests last week and i am no longer at risk of developing type 2 diabetes thanks in the main to TOMO on hear who's advice i took he sent me in p m s . The blood tests said my blood sugar levels had come down drastically though if i continue to loose weight i must go back to the doctor's. Though it now appears evident that my continuing weight loss is probably stress related due to work and other things.6 points

Few images of the birds taken yesterday. I've some beautiful none visual classics. Sold many past few weeks. But this one I'm keeping back for myself. I've a few whitetop chevs that I've bred too. One of them is like a brown whitetop chev. The wing feathers are brown in colour nice bird. The flights have mesh bottoms for all the rubbish to fall through. Keep the birds from eating the crap off the floor. That's a must in keeping these birds1 point
