All in today, pot roast beef, garlic and thyme roast spuds, creamy mash, carrot and turnip mash, sage yorkie puds bit of veg, gravy made from the pot, I don’t think I’ll need to eat until Wednesday, or maybe I’ll just have a bit of the chocolate and ginger cake that’s in the oven a bit later on11 points

Out last night. Nobody told me it was international flying ant day ffs!! @GreymanThat's Edale in the valley there where the railway worker had his sighing in episode 40. The line runs through the valley bottom then goes into a tunnel on the left under the hill.8 points

Cheers mate! Yes, it's right good little spot that is. It's on Rushup edge. I left the car in Mam tor car park. I scanned my National trust ticket on the parking machine.. paid me up until midnight. It's says no overnight parking but i can't see who's going to be monitoring that at those hours! It's exactly a mile walk along the edge. I earmarked the pitch a few weeks back when I had a walk up there with my Mrs and daughter for the first time. Massive views for not very much effort! It's good bit of escapism if you like, especially for my work mate who I usually go with. He's single, live5 points

Each to there own but me personally if an oasis song comes on the radio while in the car I'd wind the window down and listen to the sound of my wheel bareing than listen to that shit4 points

Agree with most of that mate, I think HD will develop further though, his link up play in his first season was terrible, yet I think he broke the prem record for most goals in a season?... as an out and out goal scorer he's phenomenal, he doesn't seem to care if he touches the ball only 3 times in a game as l9ng as those 3 touches are goals.. its a mindset very few have, the enjoyment for most is playing (being involved) for him it is only scoring...Pep knows his limitations and his strong points..he's already got 10 of the best ball players/passers in the league (including the goalie)..3 points

Call it greed or whatever and I don’t blame anyone for making the most financially out of an opportunity but.., Ticketmaster were selling standing (rear) tickets that were supposed to be priced at around £150 for £357 earlier because they were ‘in demand’. That’d be about £400 once you paid their fees. And they’re not even great tickets. Add to that the extra hundreds you’d need to pay for digs after every hotel trebled their rates overnight. I could’ve spent well over £3k to take the family to watch this gig but I didn’t, because I’m not loaded or fcuking mental.3 points

Well I managed to get on Friday with my youngest daughter for her first camp out. She's 15 and was a but apprehensive about it all but also a but giddy at the same time. Only a mile and a half walk in but really steep at the beginning. I didn't want to overface her with a hard walk on a hot day especially with having the pack on for the first time but she's a strong kid to be fair and didn't even break sweat really lol. I was blowing straight away as per usual! It couldn't have gone any better. Great weather. No wind and we watched a really nice sunset. Cooked burgers and shared a big bag3 points

No pictures but... people walking a large spitz type dog and a wire haired dachshund this morning. As always I spotted them way before they spotted me and before they got too close shouted out do you mind putting your dogs on a lead, mine in is a cantankerous old swine? They put the big dog on the lead. Thank you for that. As we passed their little dog, only about 11" TTS but a nice type and at least 18lb, maybe more, quickly got aggressive and made a move on my 14 year old terrier, who was a lead. No harm done, I saw it coming and flicked it off with the side of my boot. It got back to2 points

Newcastle outplayed by Spurs but win 2-1 ! Doesn’t matter how much possession you have, how many shots you have; as Keegan said, just score more goals than the opposition…… Cheers.2 points

Funnily enough I’ve just ordered a new lamp ! Ive used the 240 blitz for years and it’s my “go to “ lamp, I think it can’t be beat for lamping hares, deer, fox , but I’ve just ordered a 140 LED lamp with built in lithium battery for lamping rabbits . Ive been out with a pal with one for the last two seasons and it does the job. Depends what you want the lamp for, I guess. Cheers.2 points

Well I was out the other day would this thought at first it was a gaming piece or a small trade weight. Only to be told its a shot gun slug well its too small to be a 12 bore one so reckon its a .410 single slug. I've never seen one for .410 I used 12 bore rifled 1 oz slug. This one is 9 grams roughly. True mate but I can only say what I see and everything points to small prey hunting in the crops during summer but that’s just here might all be totally different in Scotland, in Cumbria I found sign of sheep being ambushed in the bracken there are 16 sub species of leopard living in every environment on earth because they are adaptable and they have clearly adapted to being here and we could be seeing another subspecies evolve, panthera britanica is on its way2 points
