Got my little lad 30 new nets for himself to use a few months ago and he is raring to go. We have got a few hours spare today so we are off out on our first ferreting trip of the season. I am going to teach him how to set them himself and see how he gets on, he's only 5 so his attention does wander after 2 minutes lol. If he is as good as his older sister I will be well chuffed.

So the season is slowly starting to kick in I think my bitch is somewhere near fit enough now to start getting a few runs behind her I’ve started visiting a few of a family members pasture fields nothing major mainly just a little walk with a lamp I can walk it in under half hour it takes me longer getting to the spot ?but just a quick look about to see what’s there there’s no numbers but a few about I’m not in to glory photos but always take one photo of the first catch of the season here’s my first catch’s of the season it will be my last lol both back live to hand I’m surprise the bitch rem

Just got the new nv008lrf and was itching to get out and use it. Checked the weather and managed to go for a couple hours before the rain came. A quick zero, which is very easy on these units and away I went. Very Impressed with this nv to the point I had to stop shooting rabbits so I could carry them back to my motor. Heavy as fek ? anyway ended up with 24 rabbits which is not bad for first outing with this nv.

Daystates are over rated , over priced crap shooters are still having problems , even after all the bad reviews from shooters like myself . We all know ever brand will have problems, but it’s how the company deals with problems and daystate are the worse Trouble with some of the AA pcp guns , some of the barrels start having rust pitting on them . Seen quite a few and even my own had it My choice would be HW 100k any day of the week . IMO the best pcp made , I said it before and will say it again, even better than rapids

My youngest used to compete for the fire with a lurcher bitch in exactly the same way. It was supposed to be a kennel dog but it ended up his shadow. I had to have it pts when it was 9. I don't think he's forgiven me yet. I remember when he was about six I accidentally stood on its paw causing it to yelp. The wee bugger punched me hard in the balls in retaliation for hurting his dog. I blame his mother's genes.

Me and BB go out together maybe once a week together and his 50 is a better image than my xq38 but the 38 more than good enough for what most need if not much price difference between the two id spend that little extra but when I got mine the difference was about half the price or just a little more. Suppose it’s just what you get used to, If you have had good from the start you won’t want anything less but if it’s your first you may be happy with what you get just don’t look through anything better or you’ll be left wanting more ?
