wuzzy 0
just thought i,d share this one with you guys,We (myself and reggeaman) were yesterday out on Zini,s permission for a cracking day,s shooting,we arrived at 8am and we were greeted at the gate by a limping Zini (see other post ) well we couldnt have hoped for better weather the sun was up the bunnies were out only a slight wind, first shot of the day after a quick zero sesh! was reggeaman,s 25 or maybe 30ish mtr crow off the top of a fence post,it was dead before it even hit the fence 6ft under it undoubtetly that was the shot of the day not even a flap, we then went on to shoot the odd rabbit durin the morning and then decided to go and find some squizzer,s,no luck on my part but the reggeaman found at least three only one of wich could be retrieved but it did take a healthy dose of lead to get it after a quick stopp off for some diner we went on to pick off a few more long ear,s untill dark ,thats when the lamps came out and what a difference they made they were coming thick and fast, some where missed due to my unfortunate situation of having a scope that has no mil dots and my guess work isnt what it should be at night but no fear my new scope is on its way but reggeaman made up for it with some fantastic shots with his bsa ultra in .177 . To finish on a high was just the perfect end to what was once again a unpresidented show of hospitality from Zini! what a gent it,s guy,s like him who make the hunting community a fantastic thing to be a part of thanks again for everything . zini 1,939
I'm glad that you enjoyed yourselves guys, I certainly did. The break for dinner went down a treat to lads, sat in that roasting sun shine with a cold one . Ive just added the photos that i took from my camera phone. Cheers for coming up lads it was a pleasure to shoot with you both again. You know that you are welcome at mine anytime you want to shoot. I'm going to speak to the game keeper Barny and see about getting you both and Festa and Marksman full time permission up here.
