I think they train a body out of its correct posture and build the wrong sort of muscles...

i think the oppersite....

Diesels old dog, ran the tredmill everyday. He was a machine, muscles bulged out, iv never known a fitter dog then that. It would of gave any dog a run for there money and his posture was perfect aswell. It ran foxes to the ground.

But everone is entitled to there own opinion. :good::good:

Exactly mate...I cant say im an anthourity on them regarding canines...but no serious athlete trains on one..Try it yourself and youll see what I mean...All the best  :good:

hawkeye is [bANNED TEXT] there a big difference from running on a mil to running on the road... Its a useful bit of kit if you have the room...... constant running on a mill and the dog will be weaker then if he was trained on the road.......

well i dont no of anyone who trains on a tredmill, but i know olympic athleats who train on a trurbo trainer* (cycling) and won olympic medals.

*a turbo trainer is like a tredmill, but you conect your bike to it and cycle inside your house insted of out side.

go on google images, and type in turbo trainer. (i dont have a picture myself, so this is the only way to see what i mean)
