  2. Just posted this in General Discussion: Hi all, It’s been a while since I last posted, I shoot a HW100 & an FN19 Lighthunter, both have been tuned and are .22 they are cracking rifles. The HW100 is super efficient & accurate, the FN19 when in it’s sweet post is still a very efficient hunting tool and accurate. I have been working flat out recently and want to get a third air rifle, self treat! I was thinking of the FX Royale 400 in .177 (as always have shot .22 for hunting). 2 questions: Does anyone shoot FX, are they as accurate & good as the reviews say in a
  3. Ah Si, at last mate and a warm welcome to the Impact owners group. Pleased you got sorted BUT you have sold your son's rifle so you will be in deep smelly stuff mate because he is very close to the Impact in the photo so perhaps he has his eye on that soon. Get some AA Field or Exact 25.4gr pellets Si, they are superb in this rifle. Phil
  4. just chopped in my .22 wildcat that I had for ages towards a .25 fac impact! need to get out and test it now but im thinking ill like this bit of kit
  5. No question about it Ian, many people simply do not realise just how capable fac air rifles are and I will add my Impact .25 fac to that. To be honest, the Impact will do everything my rimfire will do providing it is not too windy. Phil
  6. I currently own an original Royale 400 model unregulated in FAC, set at 32ft/lb and using either FX 16gr pellets or JSB 18gr pellets under the right weather conditions I can consistently shoot out to 80-100yds dropping rabbits with ease.
